SMS Consent & Opt-Out

This page describes how customers opt in to receive SMS from iva5 LLC, and how to get help or opt out at any time.

Program Overview

iva5 LLC sends informational and transactional text messages (SMS) related to our services and support. Message frequency: up to 4 msgs/month.

Opt-In Methods

Customers provide consent using one of the following:

  • Website form (explicit checkbox): Users enter their phone number and affirmatively check a box agreeing to receive SMS from iva5 LLC.
  • Keyword opt-in: Users text a keyword (e.g., JOIN) to our toll-free number to request enrollment.
  • Double opt-in: We send a confirmation SMS asking users to reply YES to confirm subscription.

Checkbox label:
“I agree to receive SMS from iva5 LLC at the number provided. Message frequency up to 4 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.”
Double Opt-In Flow (Sample)
1. User submits form/keyword.
2. We send: “You’re signing up for iva5 SMS. Reply YES to confirm. Msg&Data rates may apply. Up to 4 msgs/month. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.”
3. User replies: YES
4. We confirm: “You’re subscribed to iva5 SMS. Msg&Data rates may apply. Up to 4 msgs/month. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.”
Opt-Out & Help
  • STOP: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation of opt-out.
  • HELP: Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Email opt-out: You can also email hello@iva5.com with the subject “STOP” and include your phone number.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent Records We Maintain
  • Timestamp and method of opt-in (web form, keyword, or double opt-in)
  • Phone number provided and source (e.g., IP for web submissions)
  • Copy of consent language presented at time of opt-in
  • Opt-out timestamps and confirmations
